Required Preliminary Data
To initially determine the feasibility of providing funding for a particular project, the following is the minimal preliminary information required for each of the applicable topics, preferably in a brief but concise Executive Summary submitted via e-mail:

  • Amount and purpose of loan
  • Overview of project, including location (city/state)
  • Project description
  • Completion schedule
  • Market / Competition / Marketing Plan
  • Developer's background / experience
  • Project principal's background / management experience
  • Appraisals conducted
  • Financial Projections
  • Summary of Funding Requirements and Use of Funds
  • Amount principal(s) contributing to project
  • Collateral available
  • Guarantees available - corporate and/or personal
  • Preferable financing terms (interest rate, etc.)
  • List of documentation available (Business Plan; Feasibility Study, Appraisals, Project Drawings/Plans, etc.)
If funding assistance is desired, please submit to the e-mail address listed below a brief but concise Executive Summary on the project, covering each of the areas listed above.

Note :
Submitting partial information delays the initial review process and will require requests for the missing data prior to any indication of possible interest. If the Executive Summary does not address all of the above applicable categories, then the missing information should be obtained and included with the Executive Summary prior to submission.

 Funding "Terms"
No upfront fees are assessed to review and perform preliminary due diligence to consider a project for potential funding. The overall "terms" for funding a venture are predicated on many factors, including the nature and inherent risk of the project, amount of funding required, principal's monetary contribution to the venture, and collateral and/or guarantees backing the funding, etc. General terms can only be provided after receipt and review of all the applicable project documentation.
